looking agitated as he restlessly paces around a holding area inside the jail before going into a private room to give his sample. He’s seen walking behind a partitioned wall wearing a black hooded jumper and baggy shorts before a police officer passes him a cup. It’s then apparent Bieber gives his urine sample before returning the pot to a cop wearing hygienic gloves who then walks out of frame and most likely deliver the sample to the testing lab.The troubled singer was DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired license last month. It was ruled Bieber did NOT lost his right to privacy by the release of the clips after it was promised his penis would be censored to save any embarrassment.SEE MORE: Cops released extra pictures following Bieber’s arrestA Florida judge will allow the release of five remaining video tapes taken after he was arrested in Miami Beach but only after a technician has blackened his private areas. So far, video showing Bieber being searched and patted down by a cop and candid footage of the 20 year old doing press ups inside his cell have been published for the public.Miami Dade County Judge William Altfield said in court: “Mr. Bieber’s right to privacy is paramount. He has not lost his right to privacy,
and that is what is important here.”One of the five clips reviewed by Miami Dade County Judge William Altfield, is the one showing the Boyfriend singer walking behind a partition where he “appears to be urinating.”The other three clips merely show the singer walking in and out of his cell.Judge Altfield ruling states: “The Court finds that there exists a right to privacy as it relates to the exposure and dissemination of the defendant’s genitalia.”As such, any images that depict or appear to depict the defendant’s genitalia shall be restricted from disclosure.”No date has been set for the release of further CCTV footage but another hearing is scheduled for March 11.Besides a small amount of alcohol,
Bieber had marijuana and prescription medication for anxiety in his system at the time of his arrest, according to the state attorney’s office.Billy Joe SaundersBilly Joe Saunders is gutsy defending world title in enemy territory but beating David Lemieux will put his name in lightsLemieux will prove to be stern opposition for Saunders, but the Brit can set his sights high if he secures victoryJanuary transfer window liveTransfer news LIVE: Manchester United,
