ALBANY Junior midfielder Amanda Deck and sophomore midfielder Brittany Godin each scored unassisted in the second half to pace The College of St. Post, 2 0 on Wednesday in a non conference women’s soccer match at The Albany Academies.
Deck tallied the game winner in the 58th minute and Godin followed with an insurance goal in the 81st minute for the unbeaten Golden Knights (8 0 0), who are ranked No. 3 for the third consecutive week in the NSCAA/Adidas Division II poll.
Junior Deanna Esposito made four saves, all in the first half, to register her first shutout for St. Rose, which won for the first time in eight meetings against the Pioneers dating back to 1994. Post (5 2 1). Goyer recorded his sixth consecutive shutout as the Bengals remained unbeaten in the Wasaren League.
Loveday converted on a pass from Matt Akin for Tamarac (5 0 1, 6 0 1).
Goyer made four saves to earn the victory and keep the team’s shutout streak alive.

Cambridge 5, Hoosic Valley 3: Barry Linendoll scored two goals and assisted on another and Adam Podolec tallied twice to spark unbeaten Cambridge (6 0 0, 6 0 0) to victory in the Wasaren League.
Shane Lee registered a goal and an assist for Hoosic Valley (2 3 1, 2 3 1).
Schuylerville 3, Granville 1: Zach Miller tallied two goals to spark the Black Horses (4 2 1, 5 2 1) to victory in the Wasaren League. Priore scored two goals to lead the Panthers (3 3, 3 4) to a Wasaren League shutout.
Zach Delurey, Will Luke, Andy DiDonato and Aaron Delurey also scored for Hoosick Falls.
Waterford 2, Loudonville Christian 1 (OT): Garrett Archambeault tallied unassisted in the first overtime period to lift the Fordians to a CHVL triumph.
Chris Hunt also scored for the Fordians (4 0 0, 5 1 0) and goalie Ryan Hardy made four saves. Eric Hudspath scored the lone goal for the Eagles (3 1 0, 5 2 0) and Elijah Bovenzi finished with 11 saves.
Cairo Durham 2, Maple Hill 1 (OT): Stephen Zwobodo tallied in the second overtime to lift the Mustangs to a Patroon Conference triumph.
Goalie Cory Gransbury made six saves to earn the win for Cairo Durham (6 1 0, 6 1 0).
David Briggs scored the lone goal for the Wildcats (4 2 0, 4 2 0) and Derek VanAlstyne finished with four saves.
Chatham 3, Catskill 0: Steve Oleynek made eight saves to post the shutout and three different players scored a goal in the Patroon Conference victory for the Panthers (4 1 1,
4 1 1).
Mechanicville 4, Albany Academy for Girls 0: Alysa Russell scored two goals and goalkeeper Kelsey Desadore made three saves to register the shutout as the Red Raiders (4 0 0, 4 0 1) remained unbeaten in the Colonial Council with a win over the Bears (0 4 0, 0 5 0).
Schalmont 3, Cobleskill Richmondville 0: Jenna Saccocio tallied two goals to carry the Sabres to a Colonial Council win.
Ravena 2, Lansingburgh 1: Ashley TenEyck’s penalty kick gave the Indians the victory.
Sarah Cipperly scored the lone goal for the Knights (1 3 0, 3 3 0).
Loudonville Christian 3, Doane Stuart 0: Mya Johnson contributed a goal and an assist to pace the Eagles to victory in the CHVL.
Tamarac 3, Cambridge 0: Nancy Vickerson served up 13 points and contributed eight kills as the Bengals remained unbeaten in the Wasaren League, 25 22, 17 25, 25 14 and 25 16.
Lindsay Doyle served up 10 points for Tamarac (5 0, 6 1) and Zysnia Osepa registered seven blocks and one kill. Paige Fortier finished with six kills and one ace for the Indians (2 3, 4 4) and Patrice Herrington chipped in with five assists, two kills and one block.
Hoosic Valley 3, Stillwater 1: Alex Gurney totaled nine service points, including three aces, and six kills to propel the Indians to victory in a Wasaren League match, 25 22, 17 25, 25 14 and 25 16.
Madison Hunter chipped in with 13 service points, including five aces for Hoosic Valley and Brianna Dyer finished with six aces and five kills. Danielle Imfeld totaled nine service points, four kills and two aces for the Warriors.
